Checkers Pizza in Rhode Island

"We were first timers and Checkers definitely impressed. The staff was very helpful when ordering and setting our family up inside to eat. They even had free arcade games which the kids and adults both enjoyed while waiting. We got a buffalo chicken, pepperoni, and a chicken Parmesan. They were all delicious!"

"I absolutely love them. I've lived here a week and I've ordered from them three times. They get busy on Saturday nights and it might be a bit of a wait but it's worth it. Plus they play The Three Stooges on the TV and they have old timey video games. Really super nice people and phenomenal pizza. I've had their regular kind and NY style - I'm partial to the NY style in general - fantastic."

"Solid pizza. Went with a small pepperoni, bacon and linguica. Good tasting combo. Stopped in for lunch, pizza was ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoyed some stooges while I enjoyed the pie."

"Warm and hearty welcome by the owner! Amazing thin crust pizza, (Best I’ve had in a long time), pinball machine from the 70’s, MS PAC-MAN pinball machine from the 80’’, Three Stooges on the TV and seating area is unique! 5 I’ll be back tomorrow! Thanks for a great experience!"

"The guys were slammed making so many pizzas but they still stopped a moment to take our order and treat us great! We hardly ever get pizza but we were starving and it was one of the few places open. The beef pepperoni was amazing! The owner came a gave my daughter a treat. It was funny watching old black and white movies and people playing board games while we ate. My daughter loved the wings!"

"If you’re anywhere near Middletown RI, you have to check out Chester’s Pizza! The pizza is incredible, perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and hands down some of the best we’ve had. The staff is awesome and super welcoming. Dave, the owner, is so down to earth and genuinely made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. You can tell they really care about their customers and the experience they provide. To top it all off, they have free to play arcade games like Galaga and Pacman! We’ll definitely be back. A total must-try in Middletown!"

"My husband & I stopped for a quick bite and felt like kids in heaven while we waited. The pizza was incredible. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, the sauce tasted fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to gooey perfection. Every bite was delicious easily one of the best slices I’ve had and at one of the most authentic places."
